Founded in early 2014 in Kalamazoo, Michigan, IMG (Innovative Media Group) is a multifaceted multimedia production company. We create high-quality videos, and media content to help our clients' efforts with recruiting, brand awareness, showcasing their products and services, while ultimately improving customer-client relations and sales within their company. Since our initiation over seven years ago, we have helped hundreds of businesses and organizations tell their story and stay relevant in an ever-evolving, visually sensitive world.

Recently after much innovation, we developed a virtual production camera rig, set, and filmed our first virtual production demo video, which we currently have posted on both our Facebook (Link to video) and Instagram (Link to video) platforms.
Our team altered existing virtual reality hardware and utilized an interactive gaming development software (Unreal Engine), which allowed us to synchronize a cinema camera with a virtual environment. This creative innovation allows our team to film an actor or object on our custom-made virtual sound stage (green screen) and super-impose them into a virtual space in real-time (with real-time playback for the cinematographer). We do this by using VR (virtual reality) sensors to track the precise movements and location of the camera operator within the virtual environment. This method allows us to place any person or object into a pre-designed, photo-realistic, computer-generated environment. The system then allows both the actor/subject and camera operator to move around the virtual set (which can be animated or stationary), resulting in a seamless, completely realistic final video deliverable – with no limitations.
